Digital Products

Purchasing a digital product, including the TFT Course eBook, gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that product for your own educational or professional development.

You may apply concepts you learn to your own teaching or professional practice. However, you may not:

By submitting payment, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You agree to pay the displayed price and applicable taxes or fees

  • You have reviewed the description and conditions of the purchase

Payments are processed by the provider presented at checkout. We do not guarantee that every payment attempt will be approved.

Digital products are generally delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to your purchase.

Services and Bookings

Services may include private training, mentorship, consulting, choreography, creative direction, educational programming, classes, intensives, and related offerings.

The scope, schedule, deliverables, pricing, and payment requirements for a particular service may be described on the website, during booking, in an invoice, or in a separate written agreement.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or create a service relationship. A booking is not confirmed until the required agreement, deposit, or payment has been received and written confirmation has been provided.

When a separate contract, proposal, registration agreement, or program-specific policy applies, that document will control if it conflicts with these general Terms.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Purchases and bookings are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Please review that policy before completing a purchase or booking. Additional terms may apply to a specific program, event, or contracted service and will be presented separately.

Classes, Training, and Physical Activity

Dance classes, intensives, private training, and other movement-based activities involve physical exertion and some risk of injury.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate. Consult an appropriate medical professional before participating if you have an injury, medical condition, physical limitation, or other health concern.

Participants should follow safety instructions, work within their abilities, and stop participating if they experience pain, dizziness, illness, or unusual discomfort.

Participation may require acceptance of a separate waiver, release, emergency-contact form, or program agreement. These Terms do not replace any separate participant agreement.

Educational and Professional Information

Website content, courses, mentorship, consulting, and educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes.

We do not guarantee specific artistic, professional, educational, employment, financial, or business results. Individual results depend on numerous factors, including experience, participation, effort, opportunity, and circumstances outside our control.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

Recording and Use of Content

Visitors and participants may not record, photograph, reproduce, livestream, or distribute classes, choreography, workshops, mentorship sessions, course materials, or private sessions unless written permission has been provided.

Any approved recording or use remains subject to the limitations included in the applicable written permission, release, or agreement.

User Submissions

If you submit an inquiry, testimonial, application, comment, photograph, video, or other material, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights

  • It does not contain unlawful, harmful, or malicious material

Submitting material privately for an inquiry or application does not automatically grant us permission to publish it publicly. Testimonials, photographs, or participant media will be used publicly only with appropriate permission or as otherwise authorized by an applicable release or agreement.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including payment processors, scheduling tools, video platforms, social-media services, and external websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Website Availability and Accuracy

We work to keep website information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or available.

We may correct errors, modify content, discontinue offerings, or update the website at any time. Changes will not alter a confirmed contractual service except as permitted by its applicable agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

For claims relating to a purchase or paid service, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No Waiver

A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
