Miss Andye J has taught and inspired dancers and educators across nearly 40 countries throughout North and South America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. From 2013 to 2026, she served as Creative Director and Faculty member for Monsters Dance Convention, helping shape programming, mentorship, and the training experience for a generation of dancers. She currently serves as Director of Hip Hop at CLI Conservatory, where she contributes to the development of emerging professional artists while continuing her broader work independently.
Her original platforms include the TFT Course™, a teacher-training framework created to help dance educators lead with clarity and intention; MAJ Mentorship, a personalized development experience for dancers and teachers; and QUEENDomination™, an intergenerational dance initiative rooted in education, connection, and the empowerment of young women. She also co-created the A² Series with Amari Marshall, expanding her work in mentorship, performance development, and camera training.
Across every classroom, stage, program, and creative project, Miss Andye J’s philosophy remains consistent: technique matters, but individuality cannot be manufactured. Her purpose is to develop capable artists, equip intentional educators, and create spaces where people are challenged to grow without being asked to become someone else.
