Creative Leadership
Leading with vision, structure, and intention.
Creative leadership is where vision meets execution.
Whether directing creative teams, building educational platforms, or guiding multi-city programs, I lead with clarity, emotional intelligence, and long-range thinking - always asking how the work functions, how it’s felt, and how it lasts.
This page offers a look into how I lead, what I oversee, and the philosophy that informs my decision-making across creative and educational spaces.
-
I believe strong creative leadership balances intuition with structure.
My approach centers on:
Clear vision paired with thoughtful execution
Emotional intelligence as a leadership essential
Systems that support people, not just outcomes
Cohesion across movement, message, and experience
I value alignment between intention and impact, between leadership and community, and between creative expression and accountability. The goal is not just beautiful work, but work that is sustainable, repeatable, and anchored in integrity.
-
My leadership work spans both creative and operational dimensions, often bridging art-making with systems-building.
This includes oversight of:
Creative direction and visual cohesion
Brand identity and narrative development
Tour theming and experiential design
Media teams and content alignment
Educational frameworks and curriculum systems
Mentorship structures and leadership development
In every role, I prioritize clarity, communication, and long-term vision, ensuring ideas are not only strong, but fully supported.
Creative Direction in Practice
Monsters Dance
As Creative Director at Monsters Dance, my role expanded beyond teaching and choreography into shaping the brand’s creative and experiential identity.
I oversaw:
Visual identity and tour theming
Website design and digital experience
Merchandise concepts and brand consistency
Faculty and media team alignment
Event cohesion across a nationwide tour
This leadership role required balancing creative vision with logistical precision, ensuring consistency across cities while honoring the individuality of both faculty and dancers. The focus was always on cohesion and how every touchpoint worked together to create a unified, intentional experience.
From Vision to Infrastructure
Building Systems That Last
Much of my leadership work lives behind the scenes; in the creation of systems that continue to function long after an event ends or a class concludes.
I have founded and developed multiple platforms designed to support artistic growth, leadership development, and educational clarity:
A long-term mentorship program offering rigorous, personalized guidance for dancers seeking depth, confidence, and professional readiness.
An all-female empowerment and intensive training experience built to cultivate confidence, leadership, and community through movement, dialogue, and intention-driven programming.
(Teaching Future Teachers) - An online dance teacher training course focused on pedagogy, classroom structure, leadership, and sustainability in education.
A parent company created to unify my creative, educational, and empowerment work — connecting training, mentorship, leadership development, and community under one intentional framework.
Each of these systems reflects the same philosophy: when structure is sound and leadership is intentional, creativity can thrive.
