Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and bookings made through Miss Andye J. By purchasing a digital product, registering for a program, or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
Digital Products
Because digital products (including the TFT Course eBook) provide immediate access to downloadable content, all digital-product sales are final and non-refundable once the product or access link has been delivered.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase or believe you were charged more than once, please contact connect@missandyej.com within seven days of purchase so we can assist you.
Services and Bookings
Payments made for private training, mentorship, consulting, choreography, creative direction, and other booked services are non-refundable, except where required by law or when Miss Andye J cancels a service and cannot provide a suitable alternative.
Failure to attend or use a purchased service does not qualify for a refund.
Deposits
Deposits reserve time and availability for your booking and are non-refundable. When applicable, the deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the service.
Any remaining payment requirements will be communicated at the time of booking or included in the applicable service agreement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. When sufficient notice is provided, one rescheduling request may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are not guaranteed. Cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows may result in the loss of all payments already made. A new payment may be required to schedule another appointment.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to Miss Andye J’s availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation is provided.
Classes, Intensives, and Programs
Registration fees for classes, intensives, workshops, mentorship programs, and similar experiences are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the registration or sales page.
If a particular program has additional cancellation, transfer, attendance, or payment terms, those terms will be presented before purchase and will apply to that program.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will begin and end at their scheduled times. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for the session and does not qualify the purchaser for a refund or extension.
Changes or Cancellations by Miss Andye J
Occasionally, a service, session, class, or program may need to be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, travel, or other circumstances.
If Miss Andye J makes a schedule change, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement date or comparable alternative. If Miss Andye J cancels and no suitable alternative can be provided, the purchaser may receive a refund or account credit for the affected service.
Miss Andye J is not responsible for incidental expenses associated with a schedule change, including travel, accommodations, or other third-party costs.
